Custom Mosaics, Tiles and Other Work |

| A substantial portion of our work today is made-to-order tiles and other items. We make tiles in all the shells, in most patterns and shapes, in any square size up to 12" x 12" and any rectangular size from 1/2" wide to 12" long. The tiles can be flat or beveled on one or more edges, and they may have one or more edges and ends finished in shell. We can also miter the ends of liners, even though the tiles may be cut on site with a wet saw with diamond blade. With the exception of the Satin Series, all of the shells can be combined in our standard patterns or in a design of your choice. In the Satin Series, we can combine two colors in the hexagon, stripe, and diagonal patterns.
We also have the capability to finish other items in shell using a variety of base materials. Among these materials are wood, stone, aluminum, and plastic. Often, if the substrate or its size and shape are critical or unusual, our customer will provide us with the item and we will finish it in shell. Among our custom-made items to date are:
